By selecting the option to agree to the use of electronic records and signatures, you consent to receive documents electronically and to use electronic signatures in connection with your interaction with the Sender.

The Sender may provide you with notices, disclosures, agreements, acknowledgments, and other documents (“Records”).

Unless you choose otherwise as described below, these Records will be provided electronically through the sign2.me platform or via the email address associated with your signing session.

This consent applies to all Records related to the transaction or relationship referenced in the document you are reviewing.

2. Getting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Record provided electronically.

You may:

  • Download and print the document during or after signing, or
  • Contact the Sender directly using the contact information provided in the document itself.

The Sender may charge a reasonable fee to cover printing and mailing costs.

3. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time by contacting the Sender using the contact information provided in the document.

4. Consequences of Withdrawing Consent

If you withdraw consent:

  • Processing of your transaction may be delayed
  • Certain electronic services may no longer be available
  • Future documents may need to be delivered in paper format

5. Updating Your Contact Information

If your email address changes, you must notify the Sender directly using the contact details provided in the document.

6. Required Hardware and Software

To access and retain electronic Records, you must have:

  • A device with internet access
  • A current web browser
  • An active email account
  • The ability to open PDF documents
  • The ability to download, store, or print documents

System requirements may change over time.

7. Acknowledgment and Consent

By agreeing to use electronic records and signatures, you confirm that:

  • You can access and read this Disclosure
  • You can download, save, or print Records
  • You consent to receive Records electronically
  • Your electronic signature is legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature
